defining the "Lack of education" in developing countries
Education is the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life. Education can most commonly be referred to as basic schooling. An adequate education provides for career success in the future, as shown in the picture on the left.
However, in most developing countries, an adequate basic school system is almost nonexistent. A "lack of education" refers to the inability, especially in developing countries, for individuals to educate themselves in school in order to become successful in the future. This may refer to inadequate schooling or most prominently no basic schooling. In cases in which children are able to go to school, they are still faced with unskilled teachers, worn learning materials, and poor facilities. Thus, lack of education becomes a major issue.
